GENERAL GUIDELINES

Remember that Pre-Health Shadowing is a professional, non-for profit organization. 
Keep these rules in mind when making a Tik Tok for Pre-Health Shadowing.

  1. No profanity or vulgar messages, words, or connotations. Please use the clean or muted version of songs. No bleeps.

  2. Be mindful of what you are wearing. Do not wear logos nor school crests.
    Pre-Health Shadowing is not affiliated with any brands, companies, nor schools.

  3. REMOVE THE WATERMARK BEFORE SUBMITTING
    If you download a video from the TikTok app or Instagram Reels → they will download with a watermark on it. Use the links below to remove the watermark
If your Tik Tok is a video file (mp4, mov, etc)

All Tik Toks are subject to review by the Chief of Social Media before posting.
