The goal of this initiative is to help students find mentors and to participate in mentorship yourself. Mentorship is more than meeting one-on-one with someone. It is about establishing connection and professionally developing with one another.

- Spend time reaching out to students interested in mentorship & connecting student together.
- Planning and developing mentorship and professional development events like a personal statement workshop
- Through this experience, individuals will gain communication and teamwork skills, and mentorship
