About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Onboard new volunteers and introduce them to their assigned teams.
- Check in regularly with volunteers to ensure engagement and well-being.
- Gather volunteer feedback and share with leadership.
- Collaborate with department leads to address volunteer needs.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and activity tracking.
What You Bring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in volunteer coordination or team support (preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
