About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Plan and produce videos for marketing and events.
- Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms.
- Assign video tasks to volunteers and monitor progress.
- Check in regularly with marketing volunteers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure copyright and usage rights compliance.
- Step in to complete tasks personally when deadlines are at risk.
What You Bring
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Creativity and storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with copyright and media usage guidelines.
- Comfort with Canva (for simple edits), Google Workspace, and Slack.
