About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Respond to support tickets related to site access and session issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
- Upload recordings and materials to the site.
- Coordinate with IT and Live Sessions teams on tech needs.
