About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Plan, schedule, and post content on all PHS platforms via Later.com.
- Repost relevant content from partners and community.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and engagement opportunities.
- Assign and track social media tasks for volunteers.
- Initiate and test new content ideas to increase engagement.
- Step in to complete posts personally if deadlines are at risk.
What You Bring
- Experience managing social media for organizations or projects.
- Knowledge of platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort with Later.com, Google Workspace, and Slack.
