About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Develop and execute monthly outreach plans targeting specific health professions.
- Research and identify potential speakers, organizations, and school partners.
- Craft and send outreach communications via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective guest speakers and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Live Sessions to align outreach efforts with scheduling needs.
- Track outreach activities and results to optimize engagement strategies.
What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience with outreach, recruitment, or networking.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
