About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Create graphics, flyers, and other visual materials for campaigns and events.
- Design branded content for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Assign and oversee creative tasks for volunteers.
- Check in regularly with marketing volunteers to ensure clarity and deadlines.
- Step in to complete tasks personally when deadlines are at risk.
What You Bring
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva or similar online design platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborators.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Later.com.
