Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

- Guide website evolution for accessibility, performance, and user experience.
- Lead modernization efforts and integration of new features.

- Troubleshoot high-priority technical and web-related issues.
